Bajram KOSUMI

Developing online journalism in Kosovo and shifting to business, rather than information

Revista romana de jurnalism si comunicare, nr. 2 (59), an XIV (XVIII), 2019

rubrica: MediAnalyses

pagini: 36-42

rezumat

Online journalism in Kosovo (news portals, some television and, radio) is changing its social status: from information companies turning into pure business companies, or become part of large business companies. Moreover, for the first time in its history, journalism is partnered with business and governments, while treating its audience as an asset. The fundamental question raised in this article is: has journalism finally moved away from partnering with the public?

cuvinte cheie

audience, business, government, online media, social status

rezumat (a doua limbă):

cuvinte cheie (a doua limbă):

audience, entreprises, gouvernement, médias en ligne, statut social
