abstract (second language):

The article puts in evidence the importance of having and using an instrument for diagnose the level of media pluralism in Moldova, a country in way of construction of the democracy. The European Union has developed the Media Pluralism Monitor in order to have the picture of the media pluralism in the member states. The European methodology was the reference for the Moldovan experts in their intention to develop such a tool of measurement for Moldova.
